Introduction


Fidelity’s Government Legal Affairs Department is composed of seven senior attorneys and over twenty full-time lawyers. The team has extensive practical experience, having provided long-term and specialized legal advisory services to multiple levels of administrative authorities and government departments.


Fidelity’s Government Legal Affairs team assists administrative authorities in governing according to law by providing legal consultations and specialized legal analyses for administrative operations. The team also advises on legal risk prevention measures, forming a risk management framework for government legal affairs centered on “prevention before, control during, and remedy after events.”


The team provides legal advisory and specialized legal services for all levels of government institutions, offering comprehensive legal support for government investment, financing, and procurement projects.
