On this basis, Fidelity and Hogan Lovells International LLP ("Hogan Lovells"), which ranks top 10 in the world, were approved to establish an association in the Shanghai FTZ in September 2016, making Fidelity the first law firm in Fujian Province that operates association with a foreign law firm. The joint venture enables Fidelity to provide both international and Chinese legal services, both litigious and non-litigious, which greatly enriches the scope of services provided to clients. This association also enables Fidelity to provide "one-stop" cross-jurisdictional legal services, and to provide better support by combining expertise and commercial acumen to meet client’s business needs locally and globally.
